Celebrate Maxwell Old Settlers Picnic with Us!

Thank you for being a part of the 2026 Maxwell Old Settlers Picnic! We are excited to welcome you to Maxwell and appreciate your participation in making this year's event a success.

Below you will find:

• Vendor arrival directions to the park 
• Vendor location map showing your assigned booth space 

Please review both documents before arriving. 

Upon arriving in Maxwell:

1. Follow the attached arrival directions to the Vendor Parking area. 
2. Please do not drive into the park area until directed by an Old Settlers Committee member. 
3. Check in with a volunteer wearing an orange committee shirt near the camper by the Beer Garden. 
4. A committee member will escort you to your assigned location. 

This process allows us to safely move vendors into the park while keeping traffic flowing.

Two vendors are located in areas that become difficult to access once setup begins. To avoid delays, we have assigned the following arrival windows to them for Friday August 7th:

8:00–8:15 AM – Eggroll Ladies (J10)

8:15–8:30 AM – Gluten Free Steils (I9)

8:30–8:45 AM – Best Spudz (H8)

9:00 AM or After - Wobbly Pin (G7)

If you expect to arrive outside your assigned window, please let me know as soon as possible.

Everyone else you may arrive starting anytime on Thursday and must be in place by 11:00am on Friday, August 7th. This should give you a nice window of time to arrive.

To help everyone get parked quickly:

• Once unloaded, please move your vehicle to vendor parking before completing your booth setup (We have set-up a vendor parking area South of the rodeo). 
• If you need assistance with power or locating your booth, just ask one of our volunteers in Orange shirts. 

We appreciate everyone's cooperation. With vendors arriving, a little coordination goes a long way toward making setup quick and stress-free.
